IT Support
- Perform technical hardware / software operations support, installation, maintenance and testing for office and retails shop
- Set up Notebook, PCs and POS with the required software and network access
- Perform ICT asset management duties, including physical stock-taking and auditing of hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users
- Follow up with users while the issue is being worked on and also after issue resolution
- Assist in ad-hoc IT projects
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
- 1 year of relevant working experience
- Holder of MCTS / MCITP / MCSE is an advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Workstation OS, Microsoft Office and Windows Application.
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security, Email Technology, MS SQL, MySQL and java
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be an advantage
- Responsible, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently
- Willing to learn new technologies and solutions

Manager (Knitted Fabrics)
- Responsible for coordinating with customers and production departments to take and follow up orders
- Monitor production progress and related arrangements according to customers’ requirements
- Maintain good relationship with customers and provide excellent service to customers
- Degree or higher diploma holders
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in selling knitted fabrics
- Hard working, responsible, good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work well under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Overseas travel is required
