Mr. Poon Bun Chak established “Tak Shun Knitting Factory” for providing fabric knitting services to garment manufacturers and garment exporters.
1983 - 1990
Vertically expanded its activities to yarn dyeing, knitted fabric dyeing and finishing service.
1992
Shifted Hong Kong production lines to Dongguan, China, centralizing the production activities of yarn dyeing, fabric knitting, fabric dyeing and finishing in its Dongguan plant.
Established a holding company, namely “Texwinca Holdings Limited”.
Texwinca Holdings Limited was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with stock code: 321.
1996
Vertically expanded into casual wear retailing under the brand name “Baleno” with main focus in China.
2018
Established Creative Textile Technology Company (Guangdong) Limited for garment production.
2021
Established Creative Textile Technology Company (Henan) Limited for garment production.
2023
Acquired a dyeing and knitting company in Vietnam and changed its name to Ecotextile (Vietnam) Company Limited.
